Description
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for working cross-functionally to collect data and develop analytic insights utilizing a variety of data sources. Imports, cleans, transforms, or manipulates data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes. They will design new methods and best practices for analysis and presentation of comparative data and Integrate their knowledge of business and functional priorities.

Outcomes
- Develop a deep understanding of our marketing programs and operations
- Be a leading expert on how data is stored, organized and accessed
- Build and maintain internal reports for the marketing team, company leadership, sales, and other stakeholders
- Produce one-off reports as needed
- Build and maintain external reports for vendors to track results
- Interact regularly with teams across the organization
Skill and Qualifications:
- Has 3+ years of experience building and maintaining reports
- Expertise with SQL and Google Data Studio
- Expertise with Python
- Deep analytical background and obsessed with metrics and testing to achieve cost of acquisition targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Understanding of statistical methods or software (like Minitab or JMP)
- Experience or training in Six Sigma a plus
