The mission of the Product Designer is to create amazing user experiences. They will communicate with team members and customers to initiate new product offerings, manage the full development life cycle through serval large iterations, and plan rollouts with various stakeholders.


The Product Designer will have a natural talent for balancing visual design with interactive design, and a solid understanding of design systems. The ideal candidate will have an eye for clean and sharp web design to take our products to the next level.

We are looking for a self-starter who is willing to jump into challenges, is motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and driven to produce high-quality work. We expect this role to grow into a product leader in our organization.

  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development
  • Conceptualize original website design ideas that capture the brand essence and objectives
  • Create wireframes, sketches/storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
  • Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Establish and adhere to design guidelines, best practices, and standards
  • Create prototypes that allow for user testing and user interviews

Skill and Qualifications:

  • Familiar with Marvelapp or similar tools
  • Experience in wireframe, low fidelity prototype, and high-fidelity design
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Solid experience in creating storyboards, prototypes, user flows and site maps
  • Proficiency in Sketch, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision or other visual design and wire-framing tools
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Up to date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus
