Mission
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Implementation Manager to oversee the onboarding and integration of our products and services for new clients. The Implementation Manager will serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation process, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions, meeting client needs, and exceeding expectations.
This role requires a blend of project management expertise, technical knowledge, and exceptional communication skills to guide clients through the implementation lifecycle.

In person in our Chicago office.
Outcomes:
- Project Ownership: Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, maintaining clear communication and managing client expectations.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to identify their goals, technical requirements, and operational workflows. Translate these into actionable plans for successful delivery.
- Solution Configuration: Work with internal teams to configure, test, and deploy solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring functionality and user satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Identify potential challenges or risks during implementation and proactively address them to minimize impact.
- Training and Onboarding: Provide clients with training, documentation, and resources to ensure they can effectively use the implemented solution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, engineering, and support teams to align implementation efforts with client and business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback to improve implementation processes, enhance client satisfaction, and refine product offerings.
- Post-Implementation Support: Ensure a smooth handoff to support teams and maintain client relationships during the initial post-launch period.
Skill and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex client requirements.
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
- Experience with SaaS preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
