The mission of the Sales Engineer is to bridge the gap between our software customers and our technical team to increase sales and continuously provide innovative solutions that will fit clients’ needs.

What you’ll do:

  • Have a fundamental understanding of our software products and overall business model. 
  • Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our products and services to customers.
  • Discuss software needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Generate high-quality leads, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, manage timelines, and arrange deliveries.
  • Research, develop and modify products to meet customers’ technical requirements and needs.
  • Solicit and log client feedback and evaluate the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
  • Identify areas for improvement and communicate these issues as well as possible solutions to the technical team. 
  • Set and achieve sales goals.
  • Train other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company’s products and services.


  • Experience in sales and tech. Legal software experience is a plus!
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • The ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good leadership and team working skills.
  • Strong ability to work cross functionally to create solutions. 
  • Willingness to continue your sales and engineering education.
