The mission of the Senior Affiliate Manager is to manage and grow a network of marketing vendors and scale Bride Legal’s affiliate program. They will own the performance of the entire program and have a direct impact on the greater company goals.

The Senior Affiliate Manager is a highly-organized and self-motivated leader with strong business acumen. They will be a relationship-driven communicator with technical know-how who will provide actionable insights to affiliate partners that will improve the profitability of their campaigns.

Outcomes
- Own the performance of Bridge Legal’s affiliate marketing program from start to finish
- Manage affiliate marketing budgets by product area and ensure the budget is not exceeded while generating conversions at or above target levels
- Identify and recruit new affiliates through various approaches including, but not limited to, social networks, online research, affiliate networks, trade shows
- Manage existing affiliate accounts and develop strong relationships that foster the growth needed to hit company goals
- Oversee affiliate partner activity, including analyzing performance, identifying areas of improvement, and providing actionable insights to increase their performance
- Monitor affiliate advertising to ensure compliance with Bridge Legal’s advertising guidelines
- Own the implementation of new campaigns to ensure they are set up properly and on time
- Set goals for affiliate accounts and propose tactics that enable their success in hitting those goals
- Drive recurring campaign status calls with vendors to ensure they’re on track to hit goals and have the insights needed to drive improvement
- Communicate with vendors regarding changes in criteria and volume
- Validate vendor invoices and ensure timely payment
- Provide centralized tracking of the affiliate network, including campaign status, relevant metrics, action items, and a running log of campaign changes
Skill and Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of affiliate management experience, experience in the legal industry are preferable
- Track record of consistently exceeding performance targets
- Highly organized, driven, and dependable
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with common lead routing tools for both data and phone leads
- Strong analytical skills and high level of proficiency with Excel and/or other analytical tools
- Focused, with a strong ability to adapt and shift priorities within a marketplace that can change quickly
