Mission

As an AI Engineering Intern, you will work closely with our Engineering, Product, and Legal teams to design, build, and evaluate intelligent systems that support large-scale legal workflows. Responsibilities may include:

Researching, prototyping, and implementing machine learning and AI-driven solutions for legal intake, case qualification, and data analysis
Working with structured and unstructured data, including text-heavy legal and client information
Assisting with model evaluation, experimentation, and performance monitoring
Supporting the integration of AI features into production systems in collaboration with software engineers
Translating real-world legal and operational problems into technical approaches and models
Participating in brainstorming and design discussions around AI strategy, system architecture, and responsible AI use
Documenting findings, assumptions, and tradeoffs for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field at an accredited institution

Technical Skills

Experience with at least one programming language commonly used in AI/ML (e.g., Python)

We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to lead sales efforts in the legal and litigation funding space. 3+ years successfully leading the full sales cycle experience for legal or financial services SaaS solutions.
Deep understanding of the legal or finance industry, including the specific challenges law firms and funders face.
Thorough knowledge of consultative selling, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, objection handling, and closing. Familiarity with BANT, MEDDIC, or other sales methodologies.
High energy with the ability to excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment.
Demonstrable technical depth with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skill and Qualifications

Proficiency in statistical computer languages (Python, R, SQL) and experience with data architecture.
Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and their practical applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
