About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern – Legal Tech to join our dynamic Legal Intake team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement. You’ll report directly to our Sales Operations Lead and play a critical support role across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
This is not your typical “behind-the-scenes” internship — you’ll be in the mix, helping to ensure our sales engine runs smoothly every single day.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Reporting & Analysis
- Pull, analyze, and distribute key metrics and performance reports to managers and leadership on a daily and weekly basis.
- Cross-Functional Support
- Assist Sales and Marketing with ad-hoc requests and project support as needed.
- Quality Control (QC)
- Help maintain data integrity and campaign quality through proactive QC checks.
- Outreach & Communication
- Support SMS and email outreach campaigns daily. While not client-facing primarily, you may occasionally engage with external contacts.
- Sales Tech & Tools
- Assist with feedback collection and troubleshooting for both internal and external software platforms. Help submit and track tech support tickets.
- Rep Support & Floor Management
- Act as a support resource for reps by answering floor questions, identifying red flags in metrics, and escalating issues when needed.
- Administrative Support
- Help with intake, rep feedback logs, MDL (Marketing Development Leads) admin, and process documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel; experience with CRMs, reporting tools, or dialer systems (e.g., Convoso) is a plus.
- Previous internship or work experience in a sales or operations-related role is a plus, but not required.
